RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unworn, in its original condition and packaging

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

If eligible, we will provide instructions for the return and cover return shipping when necessary.

Kindly note:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Styling or sizing preferences
  • Colour expectations
  • Personal taste or gifting changes

Our jewellery is crafted in small, meaningful batches. Thank you for honouring the intention behind slow fashion.

If You're Truly Unhappy

While we don’t accept returns for change of mind, we do understand that jewellery is deeply personal.

If your piece didn’t meet your expectations, we invite you to share your concern. Each message is read with care, and some situations may be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival
  • Reported to us within 7 days of delivery

To request a refund, email eliora.au@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we’ll either refund your original payment method or offer a replacement.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note, we are unable to refund:
  • Orders reported after the 7-day window
  • Personal preference returns
  • Items with general wear and tear
  • Styling, sizing, or gifting mismatches

Each Eliora piece is backed by our 2-year warranty, covering:

  • Fading
  • Tarnishing
  • Loss of gold plating

Crafted with 18K gold-plated stainless steel, your jewellery is designed to be:

  • Shower-safe
  • Sweat-resistant
  • Long-wearing and luminous

If your piece loses its colour within two years of purchase, we’ll replace it at no cost.
